Product Support Engineer

Product Support Engineer (Semiconductor Test): Provide world-class support for hirify.global Semiconductor Memory Test Products, handling customer requests, escalations, and service emergencies with an accent on new installations, failure investigation reporting, and coordination across engineering and field teams. Focus on leading bring-up of new products, managing international site activities, and aligning corrective actions and data reporting with engineering, operations, and sales.

What you will do

• Manage customer requests, product escalations, and service emergencies.
• Provide product support for new installations and the active installed base.
• Support engineering with customer floor plan and first site kit development.
• Coordinate PUP/PIP activities and work with test cell partners (probers, handlers, manipulators, etc.).
• Lead new product installation and ensure successful bring-up of new products.
• Create product training documents and procedures; produce customer-facing failure analysis/investigation progress reports.

Requirements

• 5–15 years of product support/service experience in the semiconductor test industry.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to schedule and manage small projects (desired).
• Experience with complex electro-mechanical assembly with mechanical and electrical knowledge (advantage).
• Prior knowledge/experience in ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) industry (preferred).
• Flexible to work across multiple time zones and travel as needed; worldwide travel 10–20% to customer sites.
