What you will do

• Track and resolve customer issues related to wireless protocols.
• Provide technical feedback to product lines to improve current and future products.
• Work with mobile communications protocols including 5G NR, LTE, Physical Layer, Layer 2, RRC, NAS.
• Handle data centric protocols such as TCP/IP, SIP/SDP, RTP, RTCP.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time.

Requirements

• Must be located in the US (remote work permitted anywhere in the US).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Python and object-oriented programming.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with mobile communications protocols and data centric protocols.
• Willingness to travel 15% domestically and internationally.
