What you will do
- Own strategic planning and management of revenue systems, especially Salesforce, aligned with business goals.
- Design, document, and optimize revenue processes for operational excellence and scalability.
- Manage complex cross-functional projects involving Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT.
- Identify and implement system improvements, automation, and innovative solutions.
- Serve as liaison between GTM Operations and IT to ensure effective system integrations.
- Conduct system audits, ensure data quality, compliance, and maintain documentation and training materials.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years experience in Revenue Operations or similar roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Deep Salesforce administration expertise including Lightning UX, automation, reporting, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of GTM processes like lead management and sales funnel optimization.
- Proven experience managing CRM implementations and cross-functional projects.
- Analytical and strategic mindset to translate business needs into system improvements.
- Availability for collaborative work within US EST/CST time zones for at least 4 hours daily.
