What you will do
- Own and refine the GTM technology roadmap across tooling, process, integrations, and automation
- Drive end-to-end adoption of Gong Core, Gong Forecast, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and other GTM tools
- Define and track adoption KPIs, usage patterns, and productivity outcomes across roles, teams, and regions
- Embed tools into representative and manager workflows to improve call quality and forecasting
- Conduct field listening sessions to validate needs and refine workflows
- Manage user stories, backlogs, and collaborate with engineering and RevOps teams
Requirements
- Must have 8+ years experience as a Product Owner in a GTM organization at enterprise scale
- Deep knowledge of sales tools such as Gong, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Proven track record in driving large-scale adoption and change management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience building adoption dashboards and usage analytics
