What you will do

• Build and productionise ML systems that model learner knowledge, predict task difficulty, and orchestrate adaptive lessons.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and experiments from scratch across data ingestion, training, and serving.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ship features learning from real user behavior.
• Shape the roadmap for voice-driven learning models and cross-language expansion.
• Grow into leading a small ML team within 6–12 months.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in London, UK
• Visa sponsorship and relocation packages available
• Experience shipping end-to-end ML systems in production, ideally with NLP, recommendation, or personalization models.
• Fluency in Python and PyTorch with hands-on experience in data ingestion, model training, and deployment.
• Understanding of experimentation, evaluation, and observability in live ML systems.
• Motivated by impact and able to thrive in small, fast, high-ownership teams.
