What you will do

• Lead a talented engineering team of 7, shipping features and reviewing code hands-on
• Own technical strategy including architecture, infrastructure, and delivery
• Shape engineering culture through hiring, mentoring, and driving sustainable velocity
• Collaborate closely with product-first CEO and technical co-founder
• Establish foundations for scalable engineering organization and decision-making

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role with 3 days per week in Central London office
• English: B2 level or higher
• Senior+ engineer with team leadership experience (Tech Lead or EM background)
• Strong fullstack skills with React/TypeScript frontend and Go backend or willingness to learn
• Proven track record of architectural ownership and high-quality delivery
