What you will do

• Define and execute cybersecurity engineering strategies aligned with enterprise risk and business goals.
• Lead implementation and optimization of security controls across IT and OT environments including networks, cloud, endpoints, and identity.
• Oversee daily operations of cybersecurity tools ensuring performance, automation, and integration.
• Manage relationships with Managed Service Providers and third-party vendors, monitoring SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as NIST, TISAX, and GDPR, supporting audits and assessments.
• Lead and mentor a global team of cybersecurity engineers fostering innovation and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years in cybersecurity engineering with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience deploying enterprise security controls in global, multi-national environments, preferably automotive or industrial sectors.
• Strong technical expertise in networking, cloud, identity, data protection, and securing IT and OT environments.
• Experience managing vendors and service providers.
• Knowledge of industry frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and TISAX.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. Professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are advantageous.
