What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend architecture with React and TypeScript.
• Deliver high-quality, testable code rapidly to support developer productivity and smooth feature deployment.
• Implement integrations for A/B testing and feature flagging to guide product vision with data.
• Collaborate closely with CTO, backend teams, and product to translate vision into technical reality.
• Mentor other engineers and lead technical decision-making.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years of experience in frontend development with React and TypeScript.
• Functional understanding of JS backends (e.g., NestJS) for effective collaboration.
• Proven ability to write high-quality, testable, and performant code.
• Strong design sensitivity and ability to create polished user interfaces independently.
• Excellent English communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
• Must be located on-site in Berlin.
