Location: On-site in Berlin, Germany (5 days a week in office)

Salary: €60,000–€70,000

What you will do

• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure (networking, servers, firewalls, backups) and office systems (AV, access control).
• Deploy and monitor security tools (EDR, firewalls) and develop incident response protocols.
• Handle hardware/software provisioning, laptop setup, and repairs.
• Automate updates, patching, scanning, and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Simplify and merge tools for cost and complexity reduction.
• Provide daily technical support to the team.

Requirements

• Expertise in IT & Security Systems, including cybersecurity tools, cloud security (AWS, GCP), Active Directory, MDM, and SaaS provisioning.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex IT and security challenges.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR) and experience in implementing security controls.
• Expertise in automating IT processes.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany, and work on-site 5 days a week.
