What you will do

• Analyze financial and non-financial data of customers to understand their business models and funding needs.
• Identify and assess risks involved in funding various business types.
• Support regular calls with customers to deepen understanding of their operations.
• Collaborate with management to design and implement new lending processes.
• Work cross-functionally on high-impact projects that shape underwriting and funding strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in investment or lending roles.
• Experience with SME or SMB lending in the UK.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial reporting.
• Comfort leading meetings and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Preferred qualifications: CPA/ACCA/CFA/CIMA.
