What you will do

• Participate in a four-year apprenticeship program combining on-the-job training and formal courses.
• Study for Cisco CCNA and CCNP certifications in Routing & Switching and Security.
• Work alongside experienced professionals in the telecommunications field.
• Engage in placements across the NGED service area.
• Communicate effectively with customers and external contractors.

Requirements

• Interest in telecommunications and technology.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• At least two ‘A’ levels at grades A* - C, including Mathematics, Physics, ICT, Computing, or Design and Technology.
• Must have been resident in the UK for at least 5 years for Security Clearance.
