What you will do

• Run day-to-day operational rhythms including Product and Roadmap Reviews.
• Manage quarterly and annual product planning cycles ensuring cross-team alignment.
• Oversee product team OKR setting and tracking to meet goals.
• Support hiring and team planning to align resources with strategy.
• Lead strategic initiatives with analysis and impact assessment.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements within the product organization.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English is a must.
• 5+ years experience in Product Operations, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases and BI tools.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience managing product data pipelines or analytics in SaaS or tech environments.
• Ability to analyze complex business situations and drive data-driven decisions.
