What you will do

• Own the Space Management product line strategy, roadmap, and business results, driving ARR growth.
• Conduct customer discovery, synthesize feedback, and translate market trends into product opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a 12-month roadmap and a 24-month vision, applying structured prioritization.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Success) and manage an Associate Product Manager and Product Owner.
• Expand and enhance integrations with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, IWMS, and smart building technologies (IoT, BMS).
• Apply hirify.global's AI frameworks to Space Management for intelligent booking and predictive optimization, defining analytics requirements for actionable insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Domain expertise in workplace technology, facilities management, space optimization, or IWMS.
• Technical depth in workplace integrations (APIs, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace ecosystems) and smart building technology knowledge (IoT sensors, BMS).
• Understanding of how AI/ML enhances product experiences and how data analytics drive business decisions.
• Customer-facing experience, strategic thinking, prioritization discipline, and strong communication skills.
• Flexible: Available to work with our global team in multiple time zones.
