Principal Backend Engineer (Java/Go): Leading the technical development of a business domain and driving the software development life cycle with an accent on performance, scale, and resilience. Focus on mentoring engineers and developing solutions in a microservice architecture.

Lead the technical development of an entire business domain.
Engage in forming requirements and design the architecture.
Lead a compact, autonomous, cross-functional team.
Develop solutions with a holistic approach to problem-solving.
Ensure performance, scale, and resilience in your code.
Identify areas of product improvement.

Requirements

Experience in leading the development of complex client-facing products.
Experience in coaching and mentoring software engineers.
Experience with microservice architecture.
Advanced knowledge of at least two programming languages.
Deep understanding of RDBMS and messaging brokers.

Nice to have

Experience with cloud technologies.
