What you will do

• Shape digital transformation for leading global companies by evaluating digital capabilities and performing feasibility studies.
• Manage small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs.
• Establish modern practices such as DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure technical implementation of critical digital requirements including cyber resilience.
• Analyze, develop, and optimize customized IT architectures leveraging legacy IT, enterprise solutions, cloud computing, and microservices.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, informatics, or related discipline.
• At least two years of relevant experience in IT consulting or software development.
• Fluency in German and English with strong communication skills.
• Broad technical expertise and interest in technology trends including machine learning, AI, robotics, and cyber resilience.
• Comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts with flexibility and willingness to travel.
