Location: Remote or office-based in Germany, with service responsibilities across Germany, France, and Switzerland.

What you will do

Configure SuccessFactors modules including Time Tracking, Time Sheet, and Time Off.
Analyze business requirements to design and implement effective system solutions.
Resolve technical issues as part of the Application Management Support team.
Prepare and conduct system demonstrations and project proposals for clients.
Develop and document best practices for time management processes.
Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
At least 1 year of hands-on experience specifically with SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
Deep understanding of time management processes and industry best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience configuring Time Off, Time Sheet, and Time Tracking modules.
Effective communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder management.
