Location: Remote or office-based in Germany, with service responsibilities across Germany, France, and Switzerland.

What you will do

  • Configure SuccessFactors modules including Time Tracking, Time Sheet, and Time Off.
  • Analyze business requirements to design and implement effective system solutions.
  • Resolve technical issues as part of the Application Management Support team.
  • Prepare and conduct system demonstrations and project proposals for clients.
  • Develop and document best practices for time management processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience specifically with SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
  • Deep understanding of time management processes and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience configuring Time Off, Time Sheet, and Time Tracking modules.
  • Effective communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

  • SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification.
