What you will do

  • Analyze and solve business problems end-to-end across Salesforce, Segment, and various data tools.
  • Develop robust Salesforce features using Apex and LWC to improve Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management efficiency.
  • Take full ownership of high-impact technical scopes and collaborate with PMs to ensure delivery quality.
  • Maintain the reliability of the technical stack through auditing, cleaning, and thorough documentation.
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize revenue generation and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience building production solutions using Apex and LWC.
  • Architecture mindset with the ability to design scalable and maintainable systems.
  • Strong data modeling skills, focusing on object relationships and data integrity at scale.
  • Autonomous problem-solving skills to identify root causes and structure solutions independently.
  • Must be based in Paris for a hybrid work arrangement.
