What you will do

• Design complex user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI elements for mobile and web platforms following brand standards.
• Develop UX interface architecture strategies and lead cross-family initiatives to meet business and marketing goals.
• Partner with cross-departmental teams and business leaders to prioritize UX efforts aligned with business objectives.
• Translate user needs and feedback into actionable product features and deliver design documentation.
• Collaborate with research and data analytics teams to incorporate quantitative and qualitative data into design decisions.
• Train and mentor junior staff in UX best practices and foster collaboration across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model in Malvern, PA; Charlotte, NC; or Dallas, TX, US
• Minimum five years of experience in user experience design; product design experience preferred.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent training in a creative or technical field.
