What you will do

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and results, and provide clear progress updates.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, remove roadblocks, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Lead and motivate multi-functional technical teams across all PV phases, fostering collaboration and effective written/verbal communication.
• Build expertise in hirify.global development workflows and cloud services.
• Champion production quality by ensuring PV scores reflect readiness and deliver value to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Technical Art or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in leading and delivering complex technical projects.
• Experience in the gaming industry, ideally with hirify.global Editor.
• Strong program and project management skills, including proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify challenges early and develop effective solutions.
• Effective written/verbal communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global’s Editor, Cloud, and/or Grow services.
