What you will do

• Spearhead the development and continuous refinement of our QA strategy, including developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests to ensure features and functionalities meet quality standards.
• Conduct comprehensive manual testing where automation is not feasible.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Track, analyze, and report on software defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Implement performance, scalability, and stress testing for robust software.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Lead role.
• Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Playwright), scripting languages (e.g., TypeScript, JavaScript), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
• English: B2 required
