What you will do

• Lead and evaluate complex technical scenarios across distributed trading systems and assess risks.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality automation, test tooling, and frameworks.
• Work hands-on with Linux-based environments, including shell scripting and troubleshooting.
• Plan, execute, and continuously improve non-functional testing, integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams to drive large-scale quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in programming and Linux environments, including shell scripting and Git.
• Solid understanding of networking, system design, and cloud platforms (AWS, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Experience with functional and non-functional testing methodologies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong curiosity for financial technology and the trading domain.
