Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role with 2+ years of people management experience.
- Proficiency in team leadership and automation-focused management.
- Experience with JavaScript, Playwright, Cucumber, and API testing.
- Understanding of agentic AI agent testing and autonomous testing tools.
- Knowledge of SAFe framework, Oracle or similar relational database (SQL), and Linux.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, test strategy development, and automation frameworks.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
