TL;DR

Experienced Recruitment Consultant (Cloud): Launching and scaling the Cloud recruitment desk across Europe with an accent on 360 recruitment, business development, and client partnership management. Focus on identifying high-impact talent, building new client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the cloud technology sector.

Location: Hybrid (Must work 4 days a week from the London office)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering market insights and talent strategy advice.
  • Identify and win new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and personal networks.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer and negotiation.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and employment law while maintaining accurate records in Bullhorn.
  • Collaborate with the UK Cloud team to scale the function across Europe.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, specifically within the tech, digital, or change space.
  • Strong track record of business development and client relationship management.
  • Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle with professional attention to detail.
  • Solid negotiation skills and a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the London office 4 days a week.
