What you will do
- Identify and correct data errors in the utilities industry.
- Collaborate with development teams and project managers to resolve queries.
- Drive operational performance improvements for clients and assurance applications.
- Communicate professionally and timely with customers to keep them informed.
- Analyze and align energy purchased and sold to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
- Experience in Electricity and Gas retail industries is required.
- Previous software environment experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Junifer CIS, Velocity, or similar CIS/CRM systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
- SQL experience is beneficial.
