What you will do

• Own end-to-end development and operation of recommendations and search personalization.
• Design, build, and optimize Spark-based batch and streaming pipelines.
• Train, fine-tune, and productionize ML models for recommendations.
• Integrate real-time user signals into features and ranking.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and run A/B tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• 4+ years of experience in enterprise software development using Python.
• 4+ years experience with AWS.
• Experience with training and deploying ML models.
• Experience with data analysis and generating insights.
• Experience with distributed systems in production environments.
