What you will do

  • Design and execute sales strategy to achieve targets and build a capable sales organization.
  • Define resource needs and implement sales support and automation tools.
  • Drive sales policies, processes, and performance metrics for transparent reviews.
  • Lead product knowledge, sales training, and certification initiatives.
  • Act as executive sponsor for key deals and manage top client relationships.
  • Contribute to management team on all sales-related matters.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales and executive experience in gambling, IT, telco, finance, or business services.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • High autonomy in decision-making within complex, fast-changing environments.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally on short notice.
  • Proficiency with CRM, MS Office, Atlassian, and project management tools.
  • Deep understanding of iGaming market and technology trends.
