Partner Engineer (Web3)

What you will do

• Onboard thousands of ZK Chains with financial institutions, DeFi Blue Chips, and Web2 enterprises.
• Build and align the ZK Stack core codebase with customer needs and leading Web3 use cases.
• Dive deeply into codebase solving problems from smart contracts to core node.
• Conduct independent research and design partner-inspired solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product, business, and external developers.
• Help partners design their products using the ZK Stack.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• 3+ years in backend software development with deep understanding of best practices and architectures.
• Experience in Web3, understanding of Ethereum and rollups.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
