What you will do

• Design, develop, and ship complex features for low-level blockchain systems.
• Optimize system performance and conduct thorough benchmarking.
• Own the entire development lifecycle from conception to delivery.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders for quick iteration and feedback incorporation.

Requirements

• Significant experience building scalable, distributed systems in Rust.
• Deep familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem, specifically EVM, Execution Layer, and consensus mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience working across the entire Ethereum stack and with reth.
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity to develop concrete solutions.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
