What you will do

• Partner with business verticals to identify modernisation opportunities aligned with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Engage in pre-sales activities, including lead generation, proposal creation, and shaping client engagements.
• Consult with C-level executives, acting as a trusted advisor to achieve their business goals.
• Contribute to the Enterprise Modernisation, Platform and Cloud service line by creating points of view and solutioning content.
• Drive the creation of industry-leading IP and best practices for modernising legacy retail banking systems.
• Partner with technical leaders to support the delivery team, ensuring successful engagement execution.

Requirements

• Experience in modernisation and migration in large-scale organisations.
• Strong technical background with familiarity in multiple programming paradigms; Python is a bonus.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Kubernetes, Kafka, Istio, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Knowledge of evolutionary architectures and modern architecture principles like MACH and LIFESPAR.
• Strong knowledge of building cloud-native architectures using microservices and serverless.
• Well-versed with Agile, Lean, Continuous Delivery methodologies, SRE practices, and the DevOps philosophy.
