What you will do

  • Own and develop the SDR playbook including ICP definitions, messaging, and objection handling.
  • Set territory and event strategies, aligning with marketing and sales teams.
  • Manage daily SDR operations including coaching, QA, and stand-ups.
  • Forecast and report sales activities and pipeline using HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho dashboards.
  • Drive tooling stack management and data quality with research and sales operations.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop SDR team members with clear career paths and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in outbound growth/SDR roles with 1–2 years leading a team.
  • B2B enterprise or iGaming/SaaS experience with knowledge of operator needs.
  • Mastery of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) including workflows and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with contact discovery and sales automation tools.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and analytical skills with event-led pipeline experience.
