Location: Any UK Office Hub (Bristol, London, Manchester, Swansea) with hybrid work format

Salary: £86,920 - £100,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead product management aspects of client engagements and oversee delivery within accounts.
  • Collaborate with clients as a trusted advisor to shape solutions leveraging company capabilities.
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve engagement outcomes and career development.
  • Ensure alignment with best practices and improve standards across engagements.
  • Participate in business development activities including bids and pre-sales.
  • Serve as a thought leader representing the company in the public sector and industry events.

Requirements

  • Eligibility for SC security clearance requiring 5 years continuous UK residency and employment history.
  • Must be based in the UK with ability to work from any UK office hub.
  • Strong product management experience with leadership and public sector expertise.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments and coaching teams.
  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
