Game Data Analyst (Game Analytics)

Location: Hybrid role based at hirify.global offices in Wrocław or Warsaw, Poland

hirify.global is a Polish video game developer known for franchises including Call of Juarez and Dying Light, with studios in Wrocław and Warsaw and more than 500 professionals.

What you will do

• Collect and analyze data from hirify.global game titles to understand player behavior and evaluate game mechanics.
• Navigate databases, extract relevant data, build dashboards, and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Run ad-hoc analyses for urgent business and development needs.
• Prepare actionable recommendations based on analytical findings.
• Collaborate with data engineering, development, QA, and design teams to deliver analysis and insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a product analyst, data analyst, BI analyst, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and foundational knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with Looker Studio and BigQuery or similar platforms.
• Ability to present results orally and visually, with a strong understanding of data visualization methods and best practices.
• Logical, analytical, and methodical problem-solving approach, combined with a team-oriented and delivery-oriented attitude.
• Very good command of English is required for cooperation with English-speaking teams, along with a genuine passion for games and basic knowledge of current AAA titles and trends.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in game development.
• Python coding experience.
• Experience with Tableau or GCP.
