What you will do

• Monitor and resolve alerts for Linux/Unix and virtualized systems using ServiceNow and TrueSight.
• Troubleshoot filesystem, CPU, memory, swap, and agent issues.
• Execute standard changes such as service restarts and configuration updates.
• Perform health checks and first-level troubleshooting for GPFS, LSF, OpenShift, and RStudio environments.
• Use Ansible Tower and Red Hat Satellite for patching and configuration management.
• Maintain and improve automation scripts and reporting tools.

Requirements

• Availability in EST time zone.
• 3–5 years experience supporting RHEL and Ubuntu in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with VMware ESX, GPFS, LSF, OpenShift, and RStudio.
• Strong knowledge of Ansible Tower, Red Hat Satellite, Puppet, and shell scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow, TrueSight, and PATROL for monitoring and ITSM.
• RHCSA and/or ITIL v4 Foundation certification.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AIX and other Unix platforms (HP-UX, Solaris).
