What you will do

• Lead and own modules of research projects through the full software development lifecycle with full-stack implementation.
• Develop, run, and support quantitative tools in cloud environments to improve investment processes.
• Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers and investment teams to deliver robust software solutions.
• Apply advanced analytics and quantitative concepts to support investment needs and new product development.
• Enhance scalability, reliability, and repeatability of research through software engineering best practices.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment managing competing requirements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid onsite in Boston, MA or Jersey City, NJ.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in quantitative or computational fields such as Statistics, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in complex software development and working with investment professionals.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, SQL, Shell scripting, and Linux.
• Experience with full software development lifecycle and cloud environments (AWS is a plus).
• Strong understanding of quantitative techniques, statistics, and econometrics.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS cloud development and deployment.
• Background in equities, fixed income, or alternative asset classes.
