What you will do

  • Drive full sales cycle from initial contact to close, focusing on new commercial and mid-market logos.
  • Manage inbound leads and outbound initiatives to build a quality sales pipeline.
  • Articulate hirify.global platform value to technical leaders such as VPs of Engineering and SREs.
  • Strategically prospect target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
  • Partner with Sales Development and Marketing teams to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct product demos and manage technical validation cycles like proofs of concept.

Requirements

  • Location: On-site in Amsterdam
  • 2+ years quota-carrying experience in B2B technology sales, preferably in infrastructure, DevOps, or observability.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive environments.
  • Comfortable and credible in technical conversations without needing to code.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with disciplined sales approach.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments with entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling observability, APM, or related developer tools.
  • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and observability ecosystem.
  • Formal training in Command of the Message and/or MEDD(P)ICC sales methodologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar sales engagement platforms.
