What you will do
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive new customer acquisition and develop new opportunities with existing clients.
- Support sales efforts with in-depth products and business knowledge.
- Identify trends in customer needs, market demands, and feature requests.
- Determine best-in-class services and communicate the company value proposition to both the sales team and clients.
- Share knowledge and proactively suggest improvements to processes and solutions.
Requirements
- Proven work experience in the telecommunications industry, with engineering expertise in core network platforms, SMS & signaling, and voice firewalls.
- University degree in Telecommunications or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SS7, SMPP, SIP, and CAMEL protocols.
- Experience with Unix-based operating systems is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Power BI.
- Fluent English is required; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is an advantage.
- Ability to explain and present complex concepts in a clear and accessible way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to support projects across different time zones.
