What you will do

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive new customer acquisition and develop new opportunities with existing clients.
  • Support sales efforts with in-depth products and business knowledge.
  • Identify trends in customer needs, market demands, and feature requests.
  • Determine best-in-class services and communicate the company value proposition to both the sales team and clients.
  • Share knowledge and proactively suggest improvements to processes and solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in the telecommunications industry, with engineering expertise in core network platforms, SMS & signaling, and voice firewalls.
  • University degree in Telecommunications or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SS7, SMPP, SIP, and CAMEL protocols.
  • Experience with Unix-based operating systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Power BI.
  • Fluent English is required; proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is an advantage.
  • Ability to explain and present complex concepts in a clear and accessible way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to support projects across different time zones.
