Junior Account Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and support payment-related questions.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable payment product solutions.
• Research markets and industries to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to improve client experiences.
• Track and report client performance metrics to support internal and external decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, completed or in progress.
• Strong academic achievements and results.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Organized, proactive, responsible, and results-driven approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
