What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing all payment-related inquiries.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
• Recommend suitable product solutions based on a deep understanding of client needs.
• Research markets and industries to uncover new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Track and report client performance metrics to guide internal and external decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress).
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a high level of personal responsibility.
• Must be able to work on-site in Kyiv.
