TL;DR

Information Technology Support Specialist (Healthcare): Providing IT support and solutions for the healthcare sector with an accent on improving efficiency and security in IT systems. Focus on solving technical issues, deploying software, and maintaining client relationships.

Location: Remote – (1 day a month in the Nottingham Office)

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

Resolve technical issues and provide 2nd/3rd line support.
Deploy software and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

Strong experience in a 2nd/3rd Line Support role.
In-depth experience of Windows Operating Systems, Servers, Active Directory.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Experience with software roll-out.
Knowledge of firewalls and networking (DHCP/DNS/TCP/IP).

Nice to have

Knowledge of querying SQL Databases.
Experience with VPNs and Antivirus software.
