What you will do
- Define and own the product roadmap for the Admin Panel and Moderation tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with ML and Computer Vision teams to develop automated violation detection and moderation tooling.
- Ensure platform safety and regulatory compliance with GDPR, DSA, DMCA, and age verification standards.
- Design intuitive, high-speed UX and workflows optimized for internal moderation teams.
- Use data-driven decision-making to monitor moderation accuracy and continuously iterate on tools.
- Translate the needs of moderators and internal stakeholders into effective technical product solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, specifically in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
- Fluent Russian and C1+ English proficiency are required.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to use data to optimize workflows and identify risks.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, and Engineering.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and risk management practices.
- Proactive problem-solving approach in a high-responsibility domain.
