What you will do

  • Define and own the product roadmap for the Admin Panel and Moderation tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with ML and Computer Vision teams to develop automated violation detection and moderation tooling.
  • Ensure platform safety and regulatory compliance with GDPR, DSA, DMCA, and age verification standards.
  • Design intuitive, high-speed UX and workflows optimized for internal moderation teams.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to monitor moderation accuracy and continuously iterate on tools.
  • Translate the needs of moderators and internal stakeholders into effective technical product solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, specifically in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety.
  • Fluent Russian and C1+ English proficiency are required.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to use data to optimize workflows and identify risks.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, and Engineering.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and risk management practices.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach in a high-responsibility domain.
