• Empower teams to build scalable systems with strict requirements on latency, availability, and/or throughput.
• Team up with engineering teams to understand their pain points and work backward to craft the right solution.
• Enable teams to fully own their systems by providing them with the capabilities to seamlessly deploy and closely observe their applications.
• Leverage infrastructure as code and automation to build reproducible systems that are consistent across multiple environments.
• Support your teammates in growing every day by providing them with constructive feedback, guidance, and sharing knowledge.

Requirements

• Experience with one or more programming languages, primarily Python, Kotlin, and Go.
• Solid understanding of the fundamentals in distributed systems, systems engineering, and networking.
• Fluency in leveraging infrastructure as code and automation, using tools such as Terraform.
• Proficiency in container orchestration within a cloud-first environment, using Kubernetes.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
• Extraordinary sense of ownership and accountability.
