Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, Netherlands and Remote in Lisbon, Portugal (no relocation support; candidates must have existing work authorization)

What you will do

• Architect and standardize a unified application platform across the enterprise
• Design, implement, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation, and CDK
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions to ensure reliable software delivery
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for system performance and incident response
• Optimize cost efficiency, scalability, and performance of cloud services

Requirements

• Must be based in or have work authorization for Portugal or the Netherlands
• 5+ years experience in DevOps roles with strong AWS cloud expertise
• Proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions
• Knowledge of AWS security best practices, networking, and container services (ECS/EKS)
• Experience with AWS Lambda and CloudWatch monitoring
• No relocation support; candidates must be comfortable with Employer of Record arrangement in Portugal

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure cloud environments
• Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with development and security
• Programming experience in popular languages
