TL;DR
Senior Level Designer (Game Development): Designing and implementing engaging levels for the action-adventure game Phantom Hellcat with an accent on creating visually stunning and structurally interesting gameplay experiences. Focus on collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize level performance and enhance player engagement.

Location: Remote work – open to full remote candidates from Poland, with office space in central Cracow

Ironbird Creations is a new studio based in Cracow, focused on creating fast-paced, engaging, combat-focused games.

What you will do

  • Design levels that are challenging, exciting, and visually stunning
  • Collaborate with game designers and programmers to ensure that levels are balanced, intuitive, and responsive
  • Analyze playtest feedback and adjust level designs accordingly
  • Ensure that levels are optimized for performance on various platforms

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in level design for action-adventure games
  • Strong understanding of level design principles, mechanics, and game flow
  • Expertise in Unity
  • Experience with level editors and scripting tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for creating unforgettable gaming experiences
