What you will do

• Provide phone/web consultation to troubleshoot and solve customer problems.
• Assist peers as a mentor and subject matter expert.
• Manage major/complex projects impacting product experience.
• Document problems, solutions, and defects in the support tracking system.
• Participate in side-projects to improve usability and quality of Spotfire products.
• Be available on-call to address customer issues outside business hours.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical support or escalation engineering roles.
• Superior troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
