What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development of scalable BI solutions, dashboards, and reporting frameworks using Looker, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Establish best practices for information design and data storytelling to maximize impact and usability.
• Architect BI solutions integrating AI and machine learning features for predictive insights and automated pattern detection.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design BI capabilities tailored to business analytical needs.
• Partner with data engineers to optimize dataset structures in Google Cloud BigQuery for visualization and AI applications.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in BI solutions, data visualization, or analytics enablement.
• Expertise in major BI platforms such as Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI with a strong portfolio.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data shaping and performance optimization.
• Experience or familiarity with integrating AI/ML concepts into BI tools.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to train others on data visualization best practices.
• Location: Colombia (Bogota, Medellin) with remote work model.
