What you will do
- Guide the team in designing and building new features, automation systems, and architectures.
- Identify and resolve the most challenging bugs and technical issues.
- Engage cross-functional teams to address broader technical and product challenges.
- Drive major initiatives to improve product quality, performance, and capabilities.
- Innovate technical solutions and foster excitement around collaborative implementation.
- Promote growth of technical skills within and across teams and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.
Requirements
- Must be resident in India.
- 5+ years of experience in Java development.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases and REST APIs.
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or equivalent cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity.
- Excellent analytical skills, ownership, and drive.

- Experience building and supporting SaaS products.
