What you will do

• Design, deliver, and evaluate in-person and virtual training programs.
• Create and curate engaging learning content and assessments.
• Partner with delivery teams to define learning objectives and performance metrics.
• Manage training logistics, schedules, and L&D calendar.
• Collaborate with SMEs and global L&D teams to align programs with business goals.
• Participate in special projects to improve organizational development and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Talent Development/Resource Management/L&D or education, preferably in tech/software.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning tools (a plus).
• Fluent English.
• Detail-oriented, independent, and collaborative.
