TL;DR
Learning And Development (L&D) Specialist (AI adoption): Coordinate learning experiences across the Nordics and Baltics to support effective and responsible adoption of AI-enabled tools, with an accent on turning AI competence priorities into practical workshops, demos, and community learning formats. Focus on stakeholder collaboration, session design and logistics, and collecting adoption signals to improve learning interventions.

Salary: β¬ 2 800 - β¬ 3 300 gross per month

What you will do
- Coordinate workshops, demos, hackathons, learning sprints, case-sharing sessions, and community events.
- Partner with AI champions, power users, SMEs, managers, tech teams, and business stakeholders to shape learning content.
- Convert internal use cases and best practices into learning formats and learning campaigns (e.g., GitHub Copilot, M365 Copilot, AI integration capabilities).
- Own session delivery end-to-end: speaker preparation, session design, communications, logistics, feedback, and follow-up.
- Support AI communities and champion networks as channels for adoption and maturity-building.
- Collect feedback and adoption signals from sessions and communities, and run pilots before scaling interventions.
Requirements
- Curiosity about AI, technology, and how people learn new ways of working.
- Strong background in project/event coordination: plan, organize, follow up, and manage multiple moving parts.
- Experience coordinating learning sessions, workshops, events, communities, or similar initiatives.
- Ability to translate broad direction into concrete next steps, timelines, and deliverables.
- Confidence working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Day-to-day communication requires a good/excellent level of English.
Nice to have
- Experience with internal marketing, adoption campaigns, or community engagement.
- Basic understanding of software development ways of working (e.g., agile teams, product teams, DevOps, GitHub).
- Experience with learning platforms and knowledge bases (e.g., LMS, Teams communities, SharePoint, Confluence).
- Ability to distinguish between learning needs, process issues, tooling issues, and governance/policy questions.
