Location: Remote from Argentina, based in Buenos Aires with flexible remote and hybrid options country-dependent.

What you will do
- Define and implement enterprise-wide DevSecOps standards, patterns, and guardrails.
- Design and build secure CI/CD pipelines with integrated SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC scanning, and container security.
- Lead security reviews, audits, and threat modeling for high-impact platforms and projects.
- Automate compliance and governance requirements at scale.
- Mentor and coach DevOps/DevSecOps engineers across teams.
- Participate in incident lifecycle management including remediation and resilience improvements.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years experience in Security Engineering or DevSecOps in enterprise or high-traffic production environments.
- Strong experience with cloud security, mostly Azure.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tooling and container security (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
- Hands-on experience with security scanning tools (Snyk, SonarQube, Trivy, Aqua, Prisma, Checkov).
- Experience with monitoring and observability solutions with a security focus (New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Fluency in scripting/programming languages for automation (Python, Go, Bash).
- Knowledge of IAM, secrets management, and zero-trust principles.
