What you will do

• Define and implement enterprise-wide DevSecOps standards, patterns, and guardrails.
• Design and build secure CI/CD pipelines with integrated SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC scanning, and container security.
• Lead security reviews, audits, and threat modeling for high-impact platforms and projects.
• Automate compliance and governance requirements at scale.
• Mentor and coach DevOps/DevSecOps engineers across teams.
• Participate in incident lifecycle management including remediation and resilience improvements.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in Security Engineering or DevSecOps in enterprise or high-traffic production environments.
• Strong experience with cloud security, mostly Azure.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tooling and container security (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
• Hands-on experience with security scanning tools (Snyk, SonarQube, Trivy, Aqua, Prisma, Checkov).
• Experience with monitoring and observability solutions with a security focus (New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Fluency in scripting/programming languages for automation (Python, Go, Bash).
• Knowledge of IAM, secrets management, and zero-trust principles.
