What you will do

• Own the UI area for the game in collaboration with tech leads and UI team members.
• Work within a cross-disciplinary team including programmers, designers, animators, and artists on UI features.
• Develop a high-level framework of reusable UI components for sharing between projects.
• Implement features with focus on maintenance, evolution, live support, quality, and performance.
• Test new features carefully and suggest improvements.
• Debug and optimize code to ensure optimal performance and quality.
• Participate actively in code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Programmer in the game industry.
• Strong skills in C++ programming.
• Strong understanding of game engine workings and editor concepts.
• Strong interest and enthusiasm for gaming technologies, UI, and gamer experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication.
• Bonus: Experience with Unreal Engine 4 or later, UMG, or MVVM framework.
