What you will do

Develop software primarily in OCaml and provide high-quality support for critical trading systems
Participate in support rotations to resolve live production issues promptly
Collaborate with application developers and various business teams across the firm
Take ownership of system architecture and design for monitoring and support tools
Continuously improve tools used for production support and trading operations

Requirements

Fluency in English is required
Strong programming skills and passion for technology
Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn diverse systems
Excellent communication skills, especially during production incidents
Ability to work onsite in Hong Kong
